Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2024 Salary

Senior Personal Assistant/Stenographer Grade-II: Rs. 22,000 – Rs. 97,000 + GP Rs. 9400/- and other allowances applicable.
Stenographer Grade-III: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 70,000 + GP Rs. 7400/- and other allowances applicable.
Library Assistant: Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 70,000 + GP Rs. 7600/- with other applicable allowances.

Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Senior Personal Assistant/Stenographer Grade-II

Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
English stenography diploma.
At least 100wpm shorthand and 40wpm on computer.
Law graduates will be given priority

Stenographer Grade-III

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Diploma in English Stenography
Minimum 80 WPM shorthand, 30 WPM computer typing
Law Graduates are preferred

Library Assistant

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Having a degree or diploma in Library Science from a recognized University.
Should have knowledge of Computer operations and applications.
Preference will be given to Law Graduates.

Age Limit: For the period ending on February 15, 2024, the maximum age is fixed at forty years with some concessions available to specific categories.
Other Criteria:
Age Relaxation: The relaxation in ages according to category is as follows:
- OBC/MOBC: three years
- SC: five years
- STP/STH: five years
- PwBD: ten years
Proof of Residency: Prospective employees must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number for Assam State.
