Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Computer Application.
Salary: Rs. 35,400/- per month

2. Assistant Accountant
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com preferable).
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a government-funded institute.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/SAP.
Salary: Rs. 35,400/- per month
Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
3. Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or BE or BTech in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 7 years of experience for Diploma holders and minimum 4 years for BE/BTech holders in reputed organizations.
- Experience in electrical systems of various buildings and construction/operation & maintenance of 33KV substation, HVAC system, DG set, etc.
Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month
Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
4. Estate Supervisor (Civil)
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI Pass in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in various building types.
Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month
Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
5. Technician (HVAC/Fire Fighting System)
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI Pass in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the construction/operation & maintenance of HVAC and fire-fighting systems in different types of buildings.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month

6. Technician (Civil/Plumbing)
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI Pass in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in various buildings and operation of pumps.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month

7. Library and Information Assistant
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s in library and information science with 1 year of experience in an automated library.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- – 35,000/- per month

8. Girls’ Hostel Warden
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an educational institute, preferably in a government institute.
