Primary Responsibilities

1. Borrower Eligibility Test (BET): Conduct daily field visits to assess borrower eligibility by performing BETs.
2. BET Tool: Update BET details and findings using the BET tool, which includes reporting any irregularities like ring leaders, dummy customers, or potential fraud incidents to the credit manager/RM for necessary action.
3. Physical File Verification: Cross-check system entries with application form details of each member, verifying KYC details, family information, existing loan data, and activities.
4. SLI Officer Monitoring System: Enter visit details on a daily basis in the SLI Officer Monitoring System or any other designated system or mobile application.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Load Sharing: Assist other locations in conducting BETs during high volumes or as instructed by the Credit Manager.
2. Cross Verification: Verify specific tracks from different MFIs on a case-by-case basis.
3. Post Disbursement Visits: Accompany the Credit Manager on post-disbursement visits if required.
4. Weekly Planning: Collaborate with the business team to plan group visits for the week.
5. Feedback: Provide feedback to the Credit Manager regarding geography, hostile areas, competition presence, customer quality, and market trends, including the launch of new products by competitors, changes in sourcing/appraisal processes, and more.
6. Other Activities: Engage in post-approval visits, and recovery visits alongside Sales Officers, and assist in preparing MIS reports or any other tasks as assigned.
