Eligibility Criteria For Assam Transport Department Recruitment 2024
- Citizenship: As per the Constitution of India Articles 5 through 8, applicants must be Indian citizens.
- Residentship: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and prove this by producing PRCs issued in Assam for educational purposes or Employment Exchange Registration certificates.
- Educational Qualification: A minimum qualification requirement is H.S.L.C./H.S.S.L.C. with a three-year diploma course in Automobile Engg. or Mech. Engg. from any Govt.. recognized Institute under State Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India approved by the AICTE.
- Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 21 to 38 years on 01/01/2024 with the applicable age relaxations as per govt. norms:
