- Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related sciences, or an M.Pharm, along with a minimum of five years of research experience.
- Desirable Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with at least three years of research experience in the fields of natural products, synthesis, organic compound analysis, or pharmaceutical sciences.

- Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in maintaining accounts or project management is preferred.
