CBSE Recruitment 2024 Overview
The motive of the CBSE Recruitment 2024 includes filling 118 vacancies of Assistant Secretary (Administration), Assistant Secretary (Academics), Assistant Secretary (Skill Education), Assistant Secretary (Training), Accounts Officer, Junior Engineer, Junior Translation Officer, Accountant and Junior Accountant. These designations carry attractive pay scales and other admissible allowances.

Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Secretary (Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Assistant Secretary (Academics)
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in relevant subjects/areas + B.Ed. degree + NET/SLET/Doctorate Degree.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10
- Age Limit: 30 years
- Assistant Secretary (Skill Education)
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10
- Age Limit: 30 years
- Assistant Secretary (Training)
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in relevant subjects/areas + B.Ed. degree + NET/SLET/Doctorate Degree.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10
- Age Limit: 30 years
- Accounts Officer
- Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institution with Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, or Cost Accounting as one of the subjects.
- Or, a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institution along with the successful completion of the SAS/JAO(C) examination conducted by any Account/Audit Services/Department of the Central/State Government.
- Or, a Post Graduate degree from a recognized University or Institution with Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, or Cost Accounting as one of the subjects.
- Or, possessing an M.B.A. in Finance / being a Chartered Accountant (CA) / holding an ICWA qualification.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Junior Engineer
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-6
- Age Limit: 32 years
- Junior Translation Officer
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates need a Master’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree in Hindi, English should be a compulsory or elective subject during the Bachelor’s program.
- Or, a Master’s Degree in English, Hindi should be a compulsory or elective subject during the Bachelor’s program.
- Or, a Master’s Degree in a subject other than Hindi or English is eligible if they studied Hindi medium with English as either a compulsory or elective subject or used as the medium of examination during their Bachelor’s program.
- Or, a Master’s Degree in a subject other than Hindi or English is eligible if they studied English medium with Hindi as either a compulsory or elective subject or used as the medium of examination during their Bachelor’s program.
- Candidates are also eligible if both Hindi and English are part of their Bachelor’s curriculum.
- Additionally, candidates need a recognized translation diploma or certificate or three years of translation experience in government offices.

- Accountant
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/Commerce/Accounts/Finance/Business Studies/Cost Accounting + Typing speed on Computer.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/Commerce/Accounts/Finance/Business Studies/Cost Accounting + Typing speed on Computer.
